Harmonization

Music as a Tool for Deep Well-being

Sound is much more than an artistic form: it is a scientifically recognized tool for its beneficial impact on the body, emotions, and mind.

My professional journey has focused on this dimension, leading me to specialize in the United States with the International Harp Therapy Program (IHTP), Musiatry and Sonora (Greece) becoming one of the few in Europe certified in Harp Therapy, Vibroacoustic Therapy (VAHT), Sound Healing, and Music Imagery.

These disciplines are based on scientific principles of resonance, acoustics, and psychoacoustics, using sound to stimulate deep relaxation, reduce pain, alleviate stress, and promote overall well-being. In particular, Vibroacoustic Harp Therapy (VAHT) uses sound vibration to engage the nervous system, promote body awareness, and activate the parasympathetic system.

Over the years, I have developed personalized paths that combine innovative techniques with a holistic and integrated approach. These pathways have been successfully applied in hospital settings, holistic centers, nursing homes, and retreats, demonstrating their effectiveness in improving participants' quality of life.

I offer individual sessions of Harp Therapy and Vibroacoustic Therapy, creating unique experiences that combine science, art, and personal growth. Discover with me the power of sound as a tool for your well-being and inner harmony.

Alice

My body entered into a powerful vibration, especially from my feet to my hips. I no longer felt the matter of my legs, but only a movement of waves. It’s all so unknown to me and extraordinarily fascinating. Thank you, Marianne.

Individual Harp Therapy Sessions

Relax and rediscover your inner balance with harp therapy sessions. Thanks to the powerful sound of the harp, these experiences are designed to relieve stress, enhance psychophysical well-being, and create a state of deep relaxation. Each session is personalized to foster harmony and serenity. During the session, you will discover your individual resonance note.

Vibroacoustic sessions

Immerse yourself in a unique experience: the live sound of the harp amplified through a sound bed for a personalized sound massage.

During a VAHT session, frequencies that resonate in areas of tension or pain are identified and used to promote deep relaxation, pain reduction, and energy enhancement. Each highly personalized session offers a journey of awareness, nourishment, and transformation.

Sounding Nature

The Sounding Nauture project proposes a travelling show of sensory experiences in natural places such as forests, public and private gardens, and meadows. The aim is to engage the audience in a sensory journey through recorded nature sounds, natural musical instruments and live performances, led by Marianne Gubri, harpist, composer and music therapy expert.
